Spaciousness
Back in January, as I settled into the new year, I
spontaneously declared 2007 the year of spaciousness
for me. I knew this had come into my consciousness
because in 2006 my business dramatically increased.
Enormously grateful, I often felt overwhelmed as I
integrated new clients and an increased workload.
By declaring this year one of spaciousness, I
challenged myself to keep integrating new business
without overwhelm. With spaciousness. While that
seems counter-intuitive, it has also felt imperative.
Thus, I set the angels and energies of spaciousness
into motion! Six months into the year, I am
overflowing with gratitude. Spaciousness had taken
over every aspect of my life.
I'm learning how to treasure 5 minutes and how to
bring more presence to both my work and play. I'm
deleting emails quickly and responding to the ones I
do read more slowly and thoughtfully. I'm going to
the park twice a day instead of once. I'm writing
prayers.
I'm looking at every single item in my house, from
six types of face cream to all the artwork on the walls,
to determine if it still has value to me or if it goes.
And, I am here to tell you, I feel extraordinarily
excited about open space in my medicine cabinet!
I can't wait to wake up tomorrow to discover yet
another way I can live in spaciousness while still
having an abundance of business!
