When we love ourselves deeply and unconditionally, we naturally love others deeply and unconditionally.  When we treat our own growth areas with kindness and compassion, we have the capacity to treat the growth areas in others with kindness and compassion. If we are impatient, harsh and critical with ourselves, we can only be impatient, harsh and critical with others.

Our belief in ourselves and our own internal conversation with ourselves is one of the most crucial factors in whether or not we sign up coaching clients.
